Hedgehogs are so cute and can be lots of fun if handled properly.  My daughter has one and he can be really cute and let you cuddle him but if he is in a mood best to stay away from him.  They love canned cat food and ours gets so excited when you give him some he does this crazy spitting onto his back.  Hedgehogs enjoy being left alone for a good part of the day they curl up into a blanket and have an awesome snooze.
