How To Make Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh chicken tenders
  • Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • Your choice of spaghetti sauce
  • Half a pound of spaghetti
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Drizzle a little olive oil into a small baking dish and swirl it around to coat the bottom.
  • Coat the Chicken: Roll the chicken tenders in the olive oil, ensuring they are lightly coated. Then, dredge them in the Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help the crumbs adhere.
  • Place the breaded chicken back into the baking dish.Bake to Perfection: Slide the dish into the preheated oven and bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
  • Cheesy Finish: Remove the chicken from the oven and spoon your favorite spaghetti sauce generously over each tender.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by a dusting of grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
  • Final Bake: Return the dish to the oven and continue baking until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and just starting to turn golden brown. This should take around 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve with Pasta: While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with a bit of olive oil and a sprinkle of grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
  • Serve the chicken tenders on a bed of spaghetti, drizzled with any extra sauce from the baking dish.

This Chicken Parmesan Bake is a delightful meal that combines the best of Italian flavors in one easy-to-make dish. Enjoy the tender chicken, the crispiness of the breadcrumbs, and the melty goodness of the cheese. Buon appetito!
