It's International Sushi Day!

It's June 18th, International Sushi Day! Buy your bingo cards (or spin some reels), roll the sushi, and let's have a blast! It's been 15 years since users on Facebook began celebrating one of Japan's best delicacies, which is now enjoyed all over the world. Join us for a night of fun, games, and get the freshest sushi you can find – or that you can make!

Did You Know?

Sushi first arrived in the West in the early 1900s, after the Meij Restoration era saw more normalized relationships with Japan and the rest of the world. From basic California Rolls with avocado and crab, to more intricate Temaki hand rolls, sushi has become as common as grocery store fried chicken and yet remains a fine food for those with refined tastes.

International Sushi Day meets Game Night at the Bingo Vilalge Cozy Café – so come say Hi and tell us what your favorite sushi is!
