Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies

Nothing fancy but I love making Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened

½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter

½ cup white sugar

½ cup (packed) Brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg

1 ⅓ cups peanut butter & milk chocolate morsels

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, Splenda Sugar Blend, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, and vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in egg.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels.
  5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Press down slightly with the bottom of glass dipped in Splenda Sugar Blend.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
